If you are not satisfied with a product or service, or there is a disagreement regarding a transaction, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter.
- Dispute Submission:
- Disputes must be submitted via email to support@smallbizenterprise.com or through our customer service portal.
- Include details of the issue, relevant order numbers, and supporting documentation.
- Resolution Timeline:
- We aim to acknowledge disputes within 7-10 business days of submission.
- A resolution will be provided within 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the dispute.
- Third-Party Mediation:
- If a resolution cannot be reached directly, both parties may agree to involve a neutral third-party mediator to facilitate a fair outcome.
3. Cancellations
- Service Cancellations:
- Customers may cancel a service within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, partial refunds may apply based on the work completed.
- Product Order Cancellations:
- Physical product orders can be canceled before shipment. Emailed, customers may refer to our return policy for further assistance.
